in one word i can say that this place is filth. The stench in the rooms make you feel like you are sitting next to a gutter.We couldn't have our food inside the room because of this. The rooms are infested with cockroaches and the walls are covered with mold. The bathrooms look like they are public toilets filled with filth. Never fall for those pretty images in these websites. It's a strict no for families. This is a very dodgy place better start away.

After more then 20 years of travelling all over India this was the worst accommodation I ever been. The room was underground, dirty, old, wet, with broken forniture, broken glass on a broken window with tons of stinky garbage outside. A monkeys cage would have been better, clean end confortable. No one in the reception undertsand a single word of english, they talk to you in their language only. At night it seems like an “horror hospital” with loud creepy sounds and screamings. 20 min to have back my passport because they lost it. Unhealthy place, stay away.

The reception personnel were very courteous, staff at the restaurant very attentive, room service good, local information good, most of all was impressed to see a very young and enthusiastic staff. Would recommend friends and family to book in here.

Average hotel near rajaji nagar metro,good for night stay. pros=near metro station,kfc,burger king,many food choices cons=dirty toilets,average room condition, most disturbing is they have glass windows without curtains/covers..to facilitate unwanted peeping toms

We stayed here just last week. We reached here in the night. The hotel seemed to be pretty old. It is conveniently located right off the road Opp Swati restaurant and next to Swagath bar. These are the only good things about it. Around nighttime there was no water. We informed the night staff (2 boys) and they said we will have a water tanker deliver some water. The problem should be resolved within an hour or so. It was not resolved till atleast 3 PM the next noon! I had to call and travel to a friend's place to take a bath. All the seniors had a very difficult time since they all had to delay their morning routine and also missed out on much of the wedding. They had to go elsewhere to get ready. The staff kept saying the water will be here in half n hr, 15 mins, 10 mins.The staff was very incompetent and seemed least bothered. That's not all. The bathrooms were unclean, the sinkhole open and it seemed as if just a wall (it dint reach the ceiling) separated the bathroom of the next room. The windows were broken. Would strongly suggest you avoid the place.
